Foundation Clinic
A full day of foundation training in Asiatic archery at Taqwa Institute on Saturday 31 October 2026 (10:30 AM – 5:30 PM), followed by confirmed monthly sessions from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, beginning Saturday 14th November. Open to ages 12 and above, beginners included, with all equipment provided.
Asiatic archery
Traditional Asiatic technique taught from the ground up: stance, draw, release and follow through.
Revival of the martial science
Archery as a discipline of the Sunnah, taught with adab and an understanding of its heritage.
Form and inner state training
Focus, stillness and consistency on the range, trained alongside physical form and posture.

About the Foundation Clinic
The Foundation Clinic begins with a full day of Asiatic archery delivered by The Healing Bow at Taqwa Institute, followed by ongoing monthly sessions confirmed for 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, beginning Saturday 14th November for ages 12 and above. Absolute beginners are welcome.
Across the day you will cover stance and posture, bow handling, aiming technique and range safety, with plenty of time on the line. Archery is a sport of focus and discipline, and the clinic trains the form and the inner state together.
All equipment is provided and sessions are led by qualified, DBS-checked instructors. Places are limited so every archer gets individual coaching.
